What is cashless treatment?
In cashless treatment (कॅशलेस उपचार), your health insurance company pays the hospital directly for the approved amount. You do not have to pay the full bill first and then wait for a refund. You pay only for things not covered by your policy, such as some consumables or amounts above your limit.
Insurance companies we work with
We offer cashless treatment with 27 major mediclaim and health insurance companies, including Star Health, Care, HDFC ERGO, ICICI Lombard, Niva Bupa, Bajaj Allianz, Chola MS, Kotak, Reliance, SBI General, Tata AIG, Manipal Cigna, Aditya Birla, Digit and Acko. The list can change from time to time, so please call us to confirm for your policy.
The hospital is also empanelled with the General Insurance Council (GIC). Many people know us as the first cashless hospital in Bhum, Paranda and Washi talukas.
Construction workers' health scheme
The Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers (बांधकाम कामगार) health scheme facility is available. If you are a registered construction worker, bring your card and ask our staff.
Which treatments can be cashless?
Stitch-less laser operations for all types of piles, and other operations, are available under the cashless facility, subject to your policy terms and the insurer's approval. Some policies have waiting periods for certain conditions like piles, fistula or hernia. Check your policy or ask us.
Documents to bring
- Health insurance card or policy copy (e-card on phone is fine)
- Aadhaar card of the patient
- PAN card (often needed for larger claims)
- Doctor's advice or prescription for admission or surgery
- Old reports and prescriptions related to the problem
- If the policy is through an employer, the employee ID
How the process works, step by step
The key step is called pre-authorisation. It means asking the insurance company for approval before the planned treatment.
- Step 1: The surgeon examines you and advises treatment.
- Step 2: You show your insurance card and documents at our cashless desk.
- Step 3: Our staff fill the pre-authorisation form with the doctor's details and send it to your insurer or its TPA (the company that handles claims).
- Step 4: The insurer reviews it. They may approve, ask for more papers, or decline. The time taken depends on the insurer.
- Step 5: After approval, treatment goes ahead. At discharge, the final bill is sent for settlement.
- Step 6: You pay only the amount not covered by the policy.
For emergencies, treatment starts first and the approval request is sent as soon as possible.
Please note
Final approval is always decided by the insurance company, not the hospital. We will guide you honestly on what we know. Call or WhatsApp 7769961919 with your policy name before you come, and we will help you check.
